Steve Crohill


Steve has been in the property management industry for more than 18 years, with a wealth of experience in implementing best practices and strategies that include Buy to Let, Rent in HMOs and Serviced Accommodations.

Today, he coaches new and seasoned property entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the volatile waters of the property market and build their portfolios and operate with the highest level of professionalism and ethics.

Mike Corbridge, MA


Mike has an MA in Business Studies, with over 20 years of experience in marketing and business. He has helped various organisations launch effective and meaningful marketing strategies that generate quality sales leads and drive growth.

His first venture in property marketing began in 2015 and since then, he has worked with Steve in acquiring properties that best meet the needs of clients. He specialises in digital marketing, using his experience to leverage property leads for investors and landlords.

Jaime Maxwell


Jaime has over 20 years’ experience working in customer service in customer facing roles and management. He makes it a priority to ensure that the very best customer service is delivered to all our customers.

He feels that operations and customer service go hand in hand, without smooth running operations, customer service can fail. Bringing together both teams ensures that we are all working towards the same goal: World class customer service!

Majd Eshtaya


Majd is an energetic and resourceful individual who has developed close attention to detail and a responsible approach to any task undertaken.

He’s also a recently qualified property and real estate agent graduate who possesses excellent customer service, communication and organisational skill. Currently undertaking customer service and operations at Approved property group.

Sarah Hall


Sarah Hall is an AAT & Diploma qualified accountant and has progressed throughout a multi million pound Aircraft Engineering company. She was also an accountant for one of UK’s fastest growing Sports Supplement manufacturers before joining Approved Property Group.

Sarah is currently working in the Finance Division for Approved Property Group.

Jennifer Kelly


Jennifer has over 10 years experience working as a PA in a variety of sectors.

Jennifer currently works as a PA for the Directors in Approved Property Group, providing first-class support, administering HR related elements, all office administration, and manages all communication with company Partners.

Amanda Fraser


Amanda has 30 years of experience in the fields of Hospitality and Property Sales.

Amanda is in the Business Development and Deal Sourcing for Approved Property Group. Amanda considers herself lucky to be working with a super team and is looking forward to a fantastic year ahead.

Jo Espina


As the company’s Property Assistant, Jo has been utilising her experience in helping the company achieve its mantra of superior customer service, identifying trends in the industry and finding the best properties available in the market.

Jo has 2 years of experience working in public relations, and 3 years as company assistant and content writer.

Josh Jimenez


Josh has been in the online industry as a freelancer for over 4 years. His experience lies with Search Engine Optimisation, Content Writing, Social Media Management, and Project Management.

Passion, service, and commitment is what fuels his success.

Josh assists Approved Property Group by maintaining the website through Search Engine Optimisation. He also puts his experience to good use by helping out the team source the latest properties to date and connecting and maintaining excellent relationships with Estate Agents all over Manchester.
