Steve has been in the property management industry for more than 18 years, with a wealth of experience in implementing best practices and strategies that include Buy to Let, Rent in HMOs and Serviced Accommodations.
Today, he coaches new and seasoned property entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the volatile waters of the property market and build their portfolios and operate with the highest level of professionalism and ethics.

Mike Corbridge, MA
Mike has an MA in Business Studies, with over 20 years of experience in marketing and business. He has helped various organisations launch effective and meaningful marketing strategies that generate quality sales leads and drive growth.
His first venture in property marketing began in 2015 and since then, he has worked with Steve in acquiring properties that best meet the needs of clients. He specialises in digital marketing, using his experience to leverage property leads for investors and landlords.

Before joining Approved Property Group, Kirsty was in the travel Industry for 10 years, working for Thomas Cook Travel Company as an Office Manager.
She has traveled the world – Spain, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Ibiza, The Canaries, India, and the Carribeans.
Now, Kirsty is Operations Director of Approved Property Group, in charge of Sales, Guest Operations, Guest Journey, Logistics, and overall Team Performance.
Tommy’s background is based in music, which has lead to a self-taught, in-depth knowledge of social media platforms through promoting his musical endeavours, and a fresh, creative approach to online marketing.
Tommy brings this experience to Approved Property Group engaging audiences through copy writing and producing engaging online content.
Thivanka has been a Market Manager for 6 years specialising in Hotel Revenue. His skills include strategy adjustments, performing competitive benchmark studies, and following market trends.
Thivanka is in charge of overseeing the revenue management and distribution strategy of APG’s properties. He manages the day-to-day yield operations, creates and develops pricing strategies, property performance analysis, and develops strategic and tactical action.
As the company’s Property Assistant, Jo has been utilising her experience in helping the company achieve its mantra of superior customer service, identifying trends in the industry and finding the best properties available in the market.
Jo has 2 years of experience working in public relations, and 3 years as company assistant and content writer.
Josh has been in the online industry as a freelancer for over 4 years. His experience lies with Search Engine Optimisation, Content Writing, Social Media Management, and Project Management.
Passion, service, and commitment is what fuels his success.
Josh assists Approved Property Group by maintaining the website through Search Engine Optimisation. He also puts his experience to good use by helping out the team source the latest properties to date and connecting and maintaining excellent relationships with Estate Agents all over Manchester.
